When you see the description for every video, you should see at the bottom of the page an "opinion" section above the "download" section.
This box lists average scores (if the video has more than 2 opinions) and two blue hotspots: Submit Opinion and More Opinion Info.
Click on the Submit Opinion hotspot and follow the directions on the chart to leave an opinion of the video.
