You can op videos that aren't on LOCAL. It's when it IS on LOCAL that you can't op it until you've downloaded it from LOCAL.

It's an upbeat comedy video that's won some awards at conventions (and is also loved by the actual singer of the song!), but has received little attention here at a-m-v.org. I'd love to hear feedback, as well as potentially an opinion
