I think you do, you just don't know it. And a 60gb download limit is actually pretty damn high. I really don't get what you are saying. Connection speed, download speed, and upload speed are in every internet connection everywhere no matter the country or provider, otherwise you wouldn't have an internet connection. The download limit isn't everywhere but I didn't know I had a limit until 3 months ago when I exceeded it for the first time. You may have a limit but not realize it. ALmost every internet provider has one so that people don't just download like crazy and take up all the bandwidth. It costs money to provide bandwidth so they need money themselves.

BTW without bandwidth there is no internet connection.

BTW Ops are fully open now, but keep it to my tastes (I feel like something fun) I won't get to them May 1st though. If an AMV doesn't fit my tastes... I won't op it, maybe not even watch it. This does not include AMVs that were posted earlier.
