People need to read.

1. The head admin is a newb by the definition given in this thread. (Having joined after me)
2. No new requests are being accepted, I was simply allerting those who had that, yes, I do plan on getting to them this year sometime.
3. You already requested an op. Do you want this instead, or the other one?
