Free ops, with some minor rules

Yeah, I'm bored, and looking for some time to kill, so I'll be doing ops.

Rule 1: No Dragonball of any nature, no Naruto, no Evangelion, no Linkin Park, no country music, no rap, no gospel.

Rule 2: Posting does not guarantee an op. I will only be opping 3 videos at most. No, it is not the first 3, there is no order based on the posts here. I'll take the first 15 posts, and select 3 videos from that 15 to op.

Rule 3: I will NOT be posting what videos I am opping, so as not to be accused of favoritism. I will be watching all the vids, and opping the 3 I feel deserve it most.
a: I will only op vids for creators that truely need to be critiqued to improve their work in the future
b: I will also op someone who I feel did an insanely good job on their video provided it seems flawless to me.

Rule 4: I plan to be as honest as I can with an op, if I say I hate the vid, I mean it. if you flame me or complain about it, I will revert your op to all 1s, and let the admins deal with it. I'm opping vids to help improve your future vids, DEAL WITH IT. If you cannot deal with honesty, don't post your vid.

Rule 5: There is no rule 5

Rule 6: 3 is the minimum I will op, however, if moe should catch my attention I may op more.

Rule 7: Post away, I look forward to wahat you offer.
