I have set a Full Metal Panic work in progress on my Youtube account and I need some brave souls to test it for an overall feel.

It dosen't look too bad. The first thing that caught my eye was the sudden cuts to black. I'm guessing they are intentional, but they follow no conceivable pattern with the song. The only other thing at the moment is the changing video sizes. I would try to set them all to one so you don't have any swaps from full screen to having 60+ pixles on both the left and right sides. (just guessed the pixels).

the lip synch is a bad idea. The general lyrical synch you go for isn't very effective, especially as it makes the whole video seem randomised. About 3/4 of the way in the aspect ratio goes to shit. The synch at the start of the first action scene is off by quite a bit. The aspect ratio changes multiple times in the video leading me to believe you are using a downloaded source. There are several points in the video where you change scene but there's a left over clip, or blip, of the next scene. There seems to be no continuity or storytelling, just random scenes pieced together. Instead of constantly cutting straight to black and showing black clips for like 2 seconds at a time, maybe try some fades?

Did i mention the lip synch is horrible and shouldn't be attempted? Overall i think you should not continue this video : \
