Lottery System Opinions

Ok people, while I'm hectic as can be right now, I happen to have a need to give opinions at the moment. I'm bored during my 2nd and 7th hour classes, therefore I'm giving opinions.

BUT!

Here are the guidelines:

1. Opinions will be based on a lottery-type system. People requesting AMV's will write down numbers along with their opinion. I will take those numbers, enter them in a nifty computer program and randomly generate a number ONCE a day. That one number that wins will recieve an opinion. I will draw once a day, and only ONCE a day. Post as many vids as you like, with a number attached.

2. I will accept any anime.

3. I will accept any song artist.

4. I will accept any genre of AMV.

5. Once a winner is selected, that same person can re-enter into the drawing.

6. No WMV File Format (I'm on a MAC most of the time).

7. Drawings will be held at 4:00 - 6:00 and will occur during Monday-Friday, no weekends.
