Can't seem to download Clip Creator.

For some reason, my computer will not download Clip Creator (http://kozlowski.umesci.maine.edu/clip_ ... index.html). The website turns white but is still loading and it says that it cannot find the page >.< I have a mac, obviously, and I wish to see if there are any ways around this problema.
