Vegas 6.0 Clip Issue

I'm having a quality issue with my Vegas 6.0.

When I open up my episodes in the Trimmer, some parts of them are super distorted and crazy looking and when I select the parts and go to put it on the timeline, they are still distorted.

When I watch the clips in Real Player or Windows Media Player, they are perfectly fine.

Anyone have any idea what is causing this and how I can fix it?
