Fading help (Vegas)

Can someone tell me how to do the fading effects this guy does?

most of that looks like fast cuts and crossfades...

to make a crossfade you just overlap two clips where you want it to fade

it also looks like hes using blur and the occasional glow on some of the clips... but its nothing too fancy.. just drop in effects and setting up the keyframes :/

If you mean the Flashing stuff at 0:01 and 0:12 and 0:23, etc.

Thats quite simple. Put 2 different clips in your timeline, one above the other. Cut the one above in little pieces and delete every second piece of it.
