Vegas: Event Pan/Crop issues

All of a sudden my cropping feature stopped being a set box to being a box you can change to any size (Length and Width) you want, which is inconvenient when making wide screen AMVs, how do I get it back to the original format it was before?

Also it won't let my cropping box move up or down, only left and right, I think it's caused by whatever is causing my cropping box to be changeable, but just to be safe I mentioned it too.
