(Sony Vegas) 2 Clips blacked out in rendered final

Post by Nets_VC_15 » Fri Sep 26, 2008 11:53 am

I made a star wars type of amv for some friends, I just finally finished but two clips I used, which worked perfectly in the preview while I was editing it, just appeared black in the finished .avi file. Why is this?

- Yes its ALL uncompressed
- They were, however sped up, I don't know if that affects it at all.

The speed change causes that sometimes. Just right-click the clips, go down to switches, and check Disable Resample.
... yea ...

OMG thank you so much for that answer! I have been trying to figure this out for a while now. I knew it would be a simple fix, and would have eventually figured out what to click on through trial and error (as I normally do it...) but you just saved me like an hours worth of rendering and re-rendering my clips to figure this out! ^_^
