I wrote my script like this, is that correct?:
DirectShowSource("C:\Documents and Settings\Ägaren\Mina dokument\Anime, serier och filmer\One piece\377].mp4")(ConverttoRGB)
It didn't work unfortunately, maybe there's something wrong with my DirectShowSource? After I've tried to preview the video, the messege I get looks like this:
The message looks the same even if I don't add (ConverttoRGB)
I do have CCCP installed on my computer, but maybe there's some settings I should change? I used the standard settings, but sometimes I've heard it good to change them somewhat to make it work the way you want it to.

Huh, does that message mean that it can't find the source? I have no clue on what it says.
But if it does say that, try:
1) Is the filename really 377].mp4 ? Not 377.mp4?
2) Try moving it into C:/ and then opening it again.

Re: Problem with importing files in Sony Vegas 7
The only thing that is wrong with the script is that you didn't put the ConverttoRGB on a seperate line. You also typed the script incorrectly, the words aren't suppose to be in the parenthesis. It's suppose to be like this.
DirectShowSource(put everything here)
ConverttoRGB()
If it still doesn't work, check if you got the location of the file and the name of the file right. Also make sure that you have the latest version of CCCP installed.

Also do the things that Panky mentioned. I forgot to mention those.

I'm sorry, I forgot to translate the swedish part; It said "Couldn't find an object or a name"
Thanks for your tips, It seems that I had typed my filename incorrectly. At first it didn't work anyway, but then I reinstalled my CCCP, and it worked! I can preview the file in Avsp and import it into virtual dub! Thank you for your help!
