Sony Vegas 9.0c FX Problem

Effects are only affecting half of the video, I tried restarting Vegas yet the problem still persists.
I've never come across this before, did I accidentally push a hotkey or press a button without realizing?
This didn't happen until I accidentally used a cookie cutter on one of my earlier scenes which I deleted.



How can I be rid of this problem? Thanks

NVM, After messing with some buttons which I never touched before I came across "Split Screen View" and that was the problem.
I'd edit my post but it seems that I do not have the necessary permissions to.
