Sony Pro 10 Property Help

A-anou...hello again minna. *Bows* So, I'll just cut to the chase. I have Sony Pro 10 & I had to re-install it (due to effects and what not-not working) anyway, when I did, my files (ones already saved/now just blank looking paper) was not opening w/ vegas. So, i clicked opened with and went directly to the Vegas App. PROBLEM: It made it to adobe reader and now I can't get it off of that. Every time i click open with Vegas100; it just keeps it at adobe and I did try to re-install it. Please, any help would be nice and yes i do have computer issues. Until this is solved, I can't open old projects to work on. -___-
