Need help with editting >.<

When i make something with Sony Vegas. it has this big black box around it which look kinda weird.. like heres a example one of my previous AMV's turned out fine. just has alot of black trim around it i'd like to get rid of so it can fit the whole screen without those black outlines. example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d21XZjEkI2Q i would really appreciate help of eliminating that blackness D; thanks~
