WAX 2.0 not working with Vegas 12 Pro

WAX 2.0 not working with Vegas 12 Pro
Pretty much what the title says. Vegas won't recognize the pulg-in so I can't use the features of WAX in Vegas, which are awesome when they work. I doubt anyone actually uses WAX but help would be appreciate.

And by vegas 11, I mean vegas 12. It worked fine with 11.
