Code Geass sequel release?

Hi, I just finished Code Geass, and I hear there is a sequel coming out, does anyone know when the release date is?

I found this series to be very spectacular and am very anxious to see more

Hmm, I've seen October but there hasn't been any confirmed date yet (that I know of anyways)

Also consider the fact that Sunrise is concentrating most of their resources on the new, hyped up Gundam 00 series coming this October. Who knows when some form of season 2 of Code Geass will be released.
