Guts never sleeps.

I've been reading the Manga series of Berserk, and it is a great series obviously, but I have notice that the whole series goes day to day. During which Guts never seems to sleep ever! I know in other manga series no one eats or drinks or sleeps, but that is all implied. In the Berserk Manga it goes day to day and really makes it seem like Guts never sleeps, or a the very least makes it difficult to imply that he has. Does anyone else feel the same about this manga or others?
