Maes Hughs. Omg I was definetly shocked by his death it was so unexpected.

This almost ruined the series for me. T_T I was so sad when i saw that episode...he was hands down one of the coolest characters.

Not actually a death, cause it was just another corpse of Motoko, but still.
In Episode 25, right before she and batou wanted to enter the plane, she got shot by sniper. It is solved in the next episode that she didn't die. But at the time she got shot you thought she is dead.

THAT was actually hilarious at how later Batou was getting ribbed for thinking that she was. It was So funny. You guys know what im talkin about.
