True, Inuyasha is one of the gayest anime out there. Probably gayer than a bunch of naked gay dudes having gay sex with each other in a big pile of gay. South Park reference lolololThe Origonal Head Hunter wrote:1 word:gokenshadow wrote:Yaoi and yuri on adult swim. No way, that's not possible! Ever!
Inuyasha
But really, how much does it matter if an anime is bi/gay/les/whatev? They all usually look quite girly anyway imo.
You're lucky... I've decided to let you live to see the day when I will rule the world.

i havent heard of that????Ishbalan wrote:A friend of mine told me that a yuri anime will be replacing Death Note when it finishes its run in the summer, and that a yaoi anime will be replacing Code Geass after it finishes its run near the end of the year.
Can someone confirm this is true, or is my friend just bullshitting me?

I've seen no shortage of anime with a lesbian or a homosexual person in the cast.
Sometimes you even get one of each.
Personally, I think just because you have a yuri element, or a yaoi element in an anime, doesn't make it gay.
But, I have noticed, that south of the border, the Americans have a great deal of trouble dealing with same sex issues, and they bring it to the anime universe too.
Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune weren't cousins They were lesbians. Two girls that liked having sex with girls. The only people that had trouble with it, were non anime fans with hang ups about same sex issues.
I've watched anime that was all girls basically. I've watched anime that was all guys too. Having no girls present doesn't signal its yaoi content any more than having no guys present doesn't make it defacto yuri.
Either way, doesn't matter much to me. I avoid watching anime aired on North American tv like the plague. If I'm going to watch anime, it's either fan sub or direct from dvd. It's not going to be mangled for North American content restrictions.

Anime, one of the few things about the internet that doesn't make me hate the internet.

Um...no...I could get in trouble. Just know that I have about 10 sources for online anime. I always find the series I want to watch. No matter what. The Origonal Head Hunter wrote:Titillating.
