Why do YOU, watch anime?

I don't think it would be safe to into great detail about why I won't watch them, but I can say that all but gundam wing had plots as shallow as a kiddie pool.

I watch anime cause:

It's a great form of art and it's anime. If anime was anything other then anime, i wouldn't watch it.

I watch it cos its an escape from the hassles of life and i like the deep meanings in it and lessons in it.

Nah it's funny and serious at the same time. As for Japan having less gun deaths well duh they are alot smaller country. As for pokemon and Dbz I suspose I may have liked them when I was thier target audience range of 5 to 10. Of course I had alot better shows at that age like Starblazers.Transformers and Gi Joe.

Mroni- Being a smaller country doesn't mean less gun shootings. China is a helluva lot smaller than the United States and yet their population dwarfs ours.

The reason there are less shootings are because guns are illegal outside of government use.

keep in mind china is about as sparse as Alaska or Russia. only a small % of it is livable also the world map doesn't tell the truth.
WHAT! don't look at me like that it's true! the sizes for certain countries are not as big as they seem because the earth is curved (with a big hump in the Pacific) so only physicall photographs tell the exact truth... better to just look up how many kms it is and such. btw AFAIK India has the largest population density yet there's probly more gun deaths in Rhode Island (New Jersey ;-p in particular).
