Well, the first thing that popped into my head was 'The Law of Ueki'.
-probably because the girl reminds me of Rinko in a way.

Based on the one episode of the show that I saw before I said "forget it," I'll guess Spiral. The last picture looks kinda similar to the art style...I think.

BTW, you know you have a winner when you post a screenshot of the main character and still nobody can get it right.

Oh dang...I didn't actually think that would be right. Erm...I'm not exactly prepared for this, so...it'll probably sometime tomorrow evening before I can get a pic up. Guess the thread will just be a bit inactive until then, lol.

And yea, I just happened to see an episode of that on the Funimation channel a while back. Maybe I just didn't like it because it was somewhere in the middle of the series, but I thought it seemed bland at the time. How is it really?
