Is Naruto the worst anime that ever existed?

I have seen a fair share of anime everything from Pokemon to Elfen Lied , from Nanaka 6/17 to Haibane Renmei , from Astro Boy to Akira , and I'll say this once . Naruto is th best anime ever . Of course I've said that about many anime that I feel to stop myself from saying this is the best .

Naruto does have bad dubs though , almost as bad as the Evangelion dub .

Here is my argument though on why I think it's the best anime ever.

What's is the most overrated anime in the history of anime ? Pokemon . It doesn't matter if your a fan or not at one point or another you'll find out it's true . But it is one of the most successful anime franchises ever . It appealed to everyone 12 and under . Anyone 12 and over probably didn't like and but it was very well aimed at it's audience and that's what makes it a good anime . Pokemon overrated? yes a bad anime ? no . When I was 12 I couldn't stop talking about pokemon . Anyway so most of the people who think it's overrated are the 2/3 of people who are 12 and over and are watching more adult or young adult anime , so sooner or later you''ll grow out of pokemon (As I did) . So in popularity terms if your 12 you'll probably think Pokemon is the greatest and theres nothing wrong with that . Kinda like if your 20 and you think Elfen Lied is the best one ever .

In general terms though Pokemon sucks , you compare it to everything out there and it's not that good, the story is not so great and the animation isn't so good . So in these cases you may think Haibane-Renmei , or Neon Genesis Evangelion , or Akira are the best ever made .

The reason Naruto is the best ever I think is because it covers both general awesome and incredible popularity . I have never seen such a wide base for any franchise ever, girls of every age are Naruto fans and guys of every age are Naruto fans . Plus the Anime is generally really good , with good animation , good story. So it covers both things which is why I think it's the best ever .

So when you look at popularity among target audience it's legit . Popularity in general is not credible though .

Naruto is the best anime ever, but this is just my opinion, so really the entire debate is quite pointless because the appreciation and enjoyment for any particular anime varies depending on the audience that it is subject to.

Of course it's the worst! I mean it's very obvious when most critics say it sucks and no body in the right mind likes it.

Or it just gets mixed reviews and a lot of different type of people like it.

There are anime with horrible art and animation that have no real plot that you may have an argument in calling the worse but naruto? Come on!
