i think villains make the best characters. my favorite character is ashram. aside from vegeta, he's one of the most dynamic villains i've seen. plus he's quite the badass

Vegeta's the coolest, no matter how many times he gets his ass kicked, although Kanada comes close.
Gary, from Pokémon was always pretty cool 8) , with all of his Pokemon and badges, and his attitude.

Ryo Ohki is just the cutest thing alive, I saw an episode the other day, where Tenchi's vegetable patch got blown up, Ryo Ohki ran out, a broken carrot fell down in front of it, and it just started crying! SO CUTE!

Although to be honest, I don't like a lot of the other anime's I've seen, as has been mentioned before somewhere, its not a genre, its a medium. Even though most anime fans like 90% of animes...
