Looking for Snow Angel footage (Onegai Teacher)

Not sure if this is the right place to be asking this...

I'm finding it hard to find a good raw of Snow Angel (Kotoko Music Video) from Onegai Teacher. =( Bandai didn't release it on the Domestic DVDs (unless it was included in Onegai Twins), and all the online sources I find are low quality and/or subbed. Anyone have any leads on where to look? I need a quality rip (or a place to buy the origonal), as I plan on using it in an AMV with DVD footage from Onegai Teacher. Any help will be appreciated.

Unfortunately that wont work all that well. I need a high quality source, DVD being the best possible source if at all possible.

Unfortunately you didn't read the rules.

It's forbidden to ask for where you can find anime to download.

Sorry. I wasn't sure if the source came from a DVD (or if it was an extra off of a DVD, or something completely different). Apparently it does.

Now I know where to get it.
