i just read a regular non-manga comic for the first time in months, and i had been reading it backwards, which is why i was so confused while reading it

this ever happen to anyone else? I felt so stupid...

I read more manga than I do American/other comics, so every other time I have to readjust myself. It's not that big a deal, just second-nature stuff.

Though I do agree: 'To be continued...' wasn't a hint?

Never had this issue, but when I started out reading manga, I read the pages in western order of scenes and baloons, though japanese order of the pages. I didn't notice I had been reading it wrong until wwell past the half of the series mark. I was eight and reading Dragon Ball Z.

The mangas I had read before that were mirrored so they had western order, so dbz was a first for me.

I bareley ever read manga but I hardly have a clue how the progression goes. it makes no logical sense. I'd figure if it's backwards it should ALL be backwards not just the slides, the thought bubbles too! But it's not. That always gets me. I'm a noob o.0
