The only parody I know of is the Eva "After the End" picsub. Someone (don't remember who did it) took an original comedy radio recording that the cast made after the series was over, and made it into a picsub. It's hilarious!

Unfortunately, it looks like that End of Evangelion is the last installment of the Eva series....despite how disappointing and irratating it was!

I've read on the Gainax site that they are going to release a 'Renewal of Evangelion' in 2003, the 10th anniversary since the start of the Evangelion Project. Seems to me that the release is a 'remastered version' of the Eva series.
