Akira's power, however increadible, has its limits. Vegita would probably win in an all out one on one. Vegita can cause as much damage with a flick of the wrist than akira can at full blast.

Vegeta would probably finish powerng up befor akiras blast actualy finished growing... and growing... and growing!
