Anime is shit in general with a few 'kindofcool' exceptions, can't blame people for not liking it.

I have no qualms about Anime being profound. It's not, really, it's childish and fun. And that's why I love it :3

I don't think so. I was president of the anime club back in high school and I usually watch anime with at least one other person. So I am usually not alone anyway. I guess it could be but then so could anything :/

It admittedly it kind of was until I got into highschool. Luckily alooot of people in the art club I was part of loved or atleast liked anime.

There were also some friends in 7th and 8th grade that I made simply because of anime.

I have one or two real-life friends that like anime and manga, but I'm pretty sure they don't make AMVs and they don't like the same series as me. Come to think of it, they don't even know I edit amvs. Ha.
