OK, here is the thing, the EVAs cannot be beaten by a Gundam with the EXCEPTION of G Gundam. Because G Gundam's powers are supernaturally strong and seemingly unlimited, he can do his God Finger or Sekiha Tenkoyoken whenever he wants. If anything, I think G Gundam is the only Gundam that can defeat all the others including the EVAs. The other gundam might have a chance considering the mecha and the piliot, but it is high debateable.
