And when speaking of catching torrent users, I've heard that you really can't judge the IP as a real culprit since there can be multiple IPs belonging to a single person while also the fact that you can't blame the person who owns the connection/IP for the piracy since it could merely be an associate of the said person that just came by for a small download. Funi only did it to show that they care for Japan even though its clear they only tend to do that as long as they have One Piece licensed under their belt.
