If nothing ever gets talked about outside of it's usual often isolated niche, it never goes beyond it either.

I wish my wargames would finally get over the fact that most of the world simply has never heard of Matrix Games or Slitherine or sites like Wargamer. Mention any of those in a console store and Hatsune Miku, and chances are they only know of Miku.

You only get the exposure you give yourself.
