Anyway, I think Inuyasha is a great show. Like they said, it includes all categories: action, romance, humor, mystery, etc.

I love this show! It is fantastic! I don't know if the dub sucks, I've never seen the orig in Jap, but I wouldn't understand it anyway. I have to try watching some with eng subs. Anyway, I don't really care... I take anime anyway I can get it. If it weren't for the dub I would never have seen this show- or probably any other animes.

I really want to see it. I tried to by it with both dub and sub because I love Ranma and some of the voices are the same, so I've been told, but I could find a cheap dub version. I don't think there is one. But still looking forward to seeing it.

i really like inuyasha, but thats prob cause the manga got me hooked, the differences between the two arent so bad that u cant love them both.

The anime series has left the manga far far behind Takahashi could go in a completley different direction.

What volume was the first to be notably different compared to the anime?

Hmm I think the anime passes the manga after ep 40. After that they started writing their own stuff. I have no idea if Takahashi is just drawing that stuff into her manga.
