i would have ended like Death and rebirth did. hinting of things to come but not directly killing evoryone off. honestly Death & Rebirth seemd good. but i was unsatisfied and needed to the thrird impact. and i guess shinji got his wish.

I would've liked to see evangelion end with some DBZ like stunt where shinji and his eva power up and beat the ***** out of everybody and then asuka falls in love with the devil and Rei comes to life in my world and becomes my best friend.

other then that, i don't see any reason why i should change the end of eva.

Personally I was completely satisfied with EoE especially after the built up anticipation of what third impact would be like over the entire series.

However, a mass orgy third impact would hold its own weight and be worthy of comparison against the movie

I would have ended it by having the seele guys attack nerv and get thier butts kicked by shinji then some how i would have made the series end by having shinji kill his father and stop the third impact.

But then it would have been a happy ending and would have stood out about as much as a poor man in brooklyn.
