Nozaki-kun was the only one I actually got excited about.
I also enjoyed Tokyo Ghoul and Space Dandy 2.

Agree with Nozaki-kun
And if you thought Tokyo Ghoul had a "wtf" ending, read the manga, the ending of the series is even more "WTF".

Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun, Barakamon, and Zankyou no Terror were my favorites for Summer 2014 ;3.
Tokyo Ghoul was a complete disappointment. I was waiting for "White-haired Kaneki" to appear since he was in the OP, and they saved it till the very end without any resolution @.@;; I wonder if the manga will get a sequel?

Re: Best Summer Anime 2014
Zankyou no Terror and Aldnoah Zero, my favs by far.
I would have loved Zankyou no Terror to be a bit longer, and get better character developments (especially the girls, Lisa was pretty useless for most of the show and Five's development felt a bit "rushed" near the ending).
I'm totally hyped for AZ season 2.
Not sure why Nozaki-kun was such a hit ... it was just OK for me.
Biggest disappointment were Glasslip, Tokyo ESP and Space Dandy.
Glasslip because it feels like ... I've watched nothing.
Tokyo ESP because I still remember how much better Ga Rei Zero was.
Space Dandy because for most episodes it's more lame than funny.

Most people are saying Nozaki-kun! I actually started this series and I can see why people consider it one of the best last season!
