we had the baddest, now we have the bad ass for any of you who care.
I personally think Alucard is the bad ass but i'm still a bit new to anime so if you feel thats a bad descision, please feel free to scold

and i said Saito cause that guy is just pychotic

Good choice but jubei, gema,tesi,hiei,as well as all the others i mentioned in the baddest deserveto be in there as well
