well i remember reading a fanfiction where they powered up to try and force it out

well if you look at their muscles, check out all that power they're generating!

It's so big EVERY muscle becomes gigantic and felxed like no other. I don't see how their ass can be an exception, if they did have anything up there, I'm sure it'd have to come out.
