Yes, good point, I forgot about Cool World, I bet the parents were easily shocked with words like...Pencil Dick..when they saw the film. I remember an episode of Ren and Stimpy...when Ren called Stimpy a Dick Head, but Ren had such an outragious accent that most people prolly didn't notice, I sure didn't..until later on because I was probably in 2nd grade or so when I got narced on for calling a kid that, I was too stupid to realize what I said until I said it without the accent...yeesh.

Milo is right, and consider the social implications. I've seen improvements over the last few years but there are still swathes of ignorant asses who go around like "lolo! Why do you watch japanese cartoons its for 5 year olds! Im so cool the matrix was cool! dosent matter that the guys who made it were mostly inspired by anime!"
A nationwide release of an R-rated animated movie should put to justice a lot of that bullcrap.

herm...indeed, alot of justice will be done, but it will take a while for them ignorent asses to adjust, or just come up with another reason to make fun of anime. Lately people haven't even been very creative with dissing anime...calling it " 'gay'name" leaves me open to tear them a new asshole full of juicy insults.

I haven't put up a post or a responce in a while but being part of the revolution I have gained some information. Now I don't know if this is common knowledge but I found this out a little while ago. Some of my fellow revolutionaries have found out that Cowboy Bebop: Knockin' on Heavens Door should be released in March 23, 2003 Now if everyone knows this please don't spiking me. I haven't seen it, but how many of you that are saying the R rating is bullshit, have actually seen the movie? Are you saying it shouldn't get an R rating because you don't think the subject matter trully deserves it, or are you just mad because you won't be able to get in to see the movie without an adult?

I've seen it. Both reasons. Oh well, I can just get it on hybrid DVD when it comes out *anyway* so no big deal.

There is no naked Faye boobie scenes.

I got the video just a few days ago and there is! Also as i am a member of the revolution I have gained acess to a 4-5 page article on Cowboy Bebop's:Knockin' on Heavens door from a trusted source where in the article they talk about that scene. They said that it was a little bit of fanservice for...well...the fans! So I hope every one will go check cowboy bebop when it comes out March 23, 2003

Ummm there isn't any naked Faye boobie scenes, She does get her shirt cut open but no more than that.
