ONE star fell, for the HERO. Yes two stars fell, as vicious died two, but they only filmed one, as only one was relelvent. Spike is the one that's talked to the gypsy type eprson, and spike was the story's hero. Just because you only saw one, doesn't mean there wern't two.Neohunter wrote:Clone high is good and all dont need to spam up my thread becuz of it.

I going with the rest of you that he died.
While they do mention dreams I think they are refering more to symbolic rather than actual dreams.
A lot of songs have refered to life as a dream (thought I can only think of Row Row Row Your Boat right now).
I think the dream is Spike and Julia living happy forever and he knows that it can never really occur. Thats why he confronts Vicious. The dream is over by that point.

the cat
hey well as much as i do hope that it is true spike died, in episodes 25 and 26, Spike and Jet are discussing death with the cat story and the one about Mt. Kilaminjaro (hmm bet i spelled that wrong.) The fact is that spike is at peace thats why hes smiling when he dies and since Julia's gone he has nothing driving him to keep going. However, the sad fact remains that "PEOPLE LOVE MONEY" therefore it is extremely likely that we'll see a sequal to bebop in the next few years where somehow miraculously Spike is still alive, and at least in that sense the world being Spike's dream would be a good way to do it its still just going to deprive the beauty of the series.
If anything dont be so concerned with what happens after Real Folk Blues and Spike's "death" but why the producers don't think to make a prequal with Spike, Julia, and Vicious in the Syndicate, now that would make some sweet storylines.
