Well your story is good 
and like some one earlier said just write fanfics really..and I know we all want spike to be alive 
but he really does die at the end I know it's sad 
but we all have to live with it.

susuka .. check sig req's .. most member dont have them due to the insane size proportions they allow .. 600 x 40 ..... so u pretty much get to have a banner.
...the problem I see a lot is that many good amv makers think they suck, and many bad amv makers think they're good.

While bebop is an excellent series its important to not look too much into the tons of symbols and back story in bebop as it tends to lack much info. Here are some of my beliefs about bebop.
First all the characters use animal symbolism to describe there character. In the last ep birds were used after a talk between spike and jet about Julia. When Julia was shot you notice that white birds suddenly come out from the ground. Vicious has a bird that in the last ep was black and came down from the sky to kill the dragons. Spike also has birds after his death but I forget what they look like or where they came from.
As for the giant back-story about the past of spike in the dragons I believe it goes as follows. Spike and vicious are very tight and enjoy each others company (he looks happy in the pics at the end) along comes Julia who lives in mars and she meets Vis. They begin a relationship and Julia and Vis becomes all bad ass wearing black and all. After a big fight where spike is almost killed and ends up falling in front of Julia. At Julias home spike became deeply in love with Julia and eventually they begin sleeping together and Julia now has 2 lovers. One day Spike and Julia are fooling around and Vis catches them and so starts the big feud. After this spike want to quit the drags and know that he must get almost killed in order to start a new life with Julia. They arrange the cemetery meeting which is the spot where they will run off together. Vicious knowing spike so well knows that something like this will happen and confronts Julia with the gun. No meeting because Julia being worried and so on and so on.
There is a secondary plot happening about everyone being dead and being depressed. They are waiting to go to heaven or hell. You can see this image in the movie a ton. Also the fact that spike seems to survive many things that would have normally killed him alludes to this. This might make you ask "cobra13402 if you know so much then why everyone else does seem to die except spike?” I believe that its related to the story spike tells jet about the cat having many lives and continuing to live because he wants to see the other cat again. There is also a whole discussion in how rain is used in most stories to show when the crap has hit the fan and how (movie) it doesn't necessarily mean that. There are other stupid beliefs that I could say but its getting late and I need more material for my next butcher the english launguage

actually cobra ... good post ... and i also saw how they tied spike's stpry about the cat loosing its mate in with the series .. it just added to the overall feelings the show greeted the viewer with.

The producers of the show do not plan on making a prequel or second show. Personally while I do enjoy bebop and seeing more of it would kick ass, having another series would rune some of the hidden back-story that makes bebop so great. Back to my ranting:
Unlike spikes past everyone else’s is much easier to figure out. Jet was a police man and had a partner and a wife/girlfriend/whatevershewas wife got pissed off that jet was so controlling and his partner crossed him and shot him in the arm. Being all depressed he ran away with the ship the bebop and became a bounty hunter eventually meeting spike and they live unhappily ever after. Faye’s story is a bit more complicated, while you know that she was frozen you don’t know why. What I think happened is that Faye living on earth as a kid having fun eventfully for a birthday or something goes on a space trip. During the trip and accident happens and her family has Faye cryogenically frozen. So many years later (I forget how many but the guy in the first Faye ep said) after having her cryo tube travel she is unfrozen. She is very confused on what the heck happened and suddenly is all alone in a world that is similar but yet is completely different. She also has a huge debt, not knowing the world around her too much she trusts some scum of a guy who gives her even more of a debt. After some amount of time she finds her way to her intro ep. Ed and Eins back stories are simple. Ed was left at the orphanage by her (its) father and forgotten and then one day went off on her own till you get to her intro ep. Ein is just a super smart dog that can hack computers who was made for black-market purposes and eventually gets on the bebop. I told you spike and Julia’s. Vicious I also said but I left out the part of him going to war, I believe that this happened during the affair and when he came back is when he was caught.
There is also a theory that jet has the hots for faye which I do see evidence but I believe its more of an old guy taking care of a young girl type friendly relationship.
In the movie the guy who is the SUPER EVIL HATE MAN DEVIL GRR is suppose to represent a path that spike could have taken.
What else? Ummmm the gate incident and the titan war. The titan war is basically a random war to throw into the plot being that’s what people do. The gate incident happened during the creation of the gates. A gate went haywire and messed up the universe making earth a mass meteor field and most people decided to leave the planet or go underground with few staying on the surface because it’s so dangerous. It might be what caused the problems in space and forced Faye to be frozen but i'm not sure about if that would make complete sense with the date of the incident and Fayes age (STUPID Laziness to do MATH).
The series has many outside references to music musicians and music, has some product placements and even has a creature hidden in most eps (really easy to see in the cowboy ep at the end of the series) but there is so many to list so go and check out the web if you want that info.
Well I'm going to class again so feel free to reply and call me a newbie who can’t spell or is wrong for some odd reason, they usually tend to be entertaining the types of insults people give out on boards. If you really want to have a conversation about it you can aim me as listed below.
