Travling up to Austin Saturday to go see it. I SO wanted to catch the first showing and then a late shoing on friday but too many things on my schedual. So anyone else going to see it opening day?

living in the second biggest city in the nation i've got no problems seeing it, lol. I'm seeing it friday, opening day, right when school gets out, so about 3:00.

I’m hoping to get New York City to see it. I’ve already seen a bootleg copy of it, but seeing Cowboy Bebop on the big screen well that should be well worth the price of admission (which will most likely be something like $10)

i am gonna go see it opening day at the local theatre.
i have it in Japanese with english subs, but, i think they might butcher it a little.

but i think they did a good job of giving it an R rating.

I'd go see it opening day, except that my girlfriend is busy until Tuesday.. So we're gonna get a big group of people together on Tuesday to go see it. They should have the late show set as subtitled.. they usually do when they show anime. (It's a locla theater.. really huge.. really famous here heh... THey show anime sometimes. I saw Akira there last year... they played the new dub

Seeing Akira on the big screen was friggin awesome!)

Ohhhh...you people are so lucky, at least you have a chance to see it.
The only notice i got for the movie was an ad half an inch in size in the paper.

It was actually showing on the day I saw the ad, but i had after school tutoring, and it was only showing in some back alley movie in the city.

I missed the only two days they were showing it. Oh well...

to this day im still looking for that back alley!
