It just didn't seem possible for someone who published DBZ to even TRY and bring over an anime as great as Cowboy Bebop. Nothing against DBZ...it just drags on a bit.

well i just watched the first 2 episodes of CB ... and so far i have only one thing to say ... Spike is the epitome of cool. But now because of Veldrins avatar every time i see Spikes face i keep on thinking his fucking name is Veldrin ... arg ... i have to get that out of my head now ...

lmao, it's ok, i've been on the org and seen you with spike avatars with clear shots of his face for so long that it's jsut a natural association. I'm sure it'll dissapear by the time i'm up to episode 12 or so ... i hope it dose any ways. Kick ass show, i exspecialy like the opening music ... but the music in general is great in that series ... now i have another box set to add to my shopping list and i'm only on ep 5 ... oh god this is going to hurt my wallet so much ...

BTW has "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" been released in North America yet? I can't seem to find it any where.

I like it, but it's a little too episodic for me. I prefer continuity in my shows, which is why my favorite bebop eps are the ones dealing with Spike and Vicious. Some of the eps, while good, just had nothing at all to do with the rest of the series, which is something I don't tend to like. Although Excel Saga was like that too and I loved that... hmm... mybe it's okay in comedies since comedy doesn't have to have plot, it just has to be funny. But in a serious show like Bebop, I definetly like my continuity.
