Char - Easy...Belldandy...another acceptable answer is Kasumi Tendo (since they are pretty much the same)
World - Hm...gotta pick something fairly stable here...hmm...nope can't think of any world since all of them have some cataclysmic event going on.

should be real easy for anyone to tell who and where i want to be ^_^

Ryoko really needs to be a flesh and blood creature, that way she can be all mine =P

as for Tenchi, he can have Ayeka, Ryoko deserves better anyway

as for the world, i guess Outlaw Star would be really kool, with all the robots and star ships that fight an all.
