Oh bah, might as well. I don't really fancy myself a romantic so my list is pretty thin. The only times I do get interested in a couple is when there's a great personality clash going.

Sanji/Nami (One Piece -- Considering my avatar, are you REALLY surprised?)
Zoro/Tashigi (One Piece)
Shinji/Asuka (I actually hate Shinji. Which is why I liked him with Asuka. He would've made a very entertaining doormat if he hadn't destroyed the world. And Shinji/Rei incest is just nasty

)
Kyo/Tohru (Fruits Basket)
Inuyasha/Kagome

That's about all I can think of from the top of my head

Ok, I'm a little bit uneducated when it comes to some of the animes I've seen talken about here... but here are some that I really like:

Van/ Hitomi(Escaflowne) (It's just in the cards)

Li/ Sakura(Card Captors) (They're just tooo cute)
Rini/ Helios(SailorMoon)
