Favorite Genre of Anime?

well...I know this is a question for a specific genre,but..I like animes such as Boys Be (comedy/drama),Ghost in the Shell - Stand Alone Complex (Action),Gundam (Mecha).So now...the question is....which one do I like the most.....hmmmmmm......I'd have to say...for the time being Mecha anime because I've been watching Gundam Seed recently and it's a very well developed plot to it (excluding the whole "girl gets with the main character" plot..oh,and the girl that sings for peace o_O..eh..another Minmay XD).I've grown to like Mecha anime a lot more than what I used to,after seeing Gundam Seed...it's not ONLY about mechs,but yet,it has a love story involved as well...and it's very dramatic (after episode 30) and it begins to get sentimental as well.That's what I love that anime for,because it makes me want to see even more...I really like the Macross Zero OVAs so far as well..and I hope for the continuing wonderful progress of the upcoming OVAs as well.I've like the Mecha genre for about 7 to 8 years now,but I've just never liked it this much...till now ^.^.It sure has evolved into something spectacular these days hasn't it?hmmm...back in the 80's they never had a Veritech flying around dodging like over 100 missles and they didn't have the Wing Zero or any of that...but I am glad that it has come this far and we shall see a very wonderful progression in this genre,so...Mecha shall be the one I pick =D.

I like anime from different genre. I am a big fan of martial arts anime (Fist of the North Star, Baki the Grappler), anything with samurai (Ruroni Kenshin), some supernatural stuff (Yu Yu Hakusho, Vampire Hunter D), some robot stuff (Kikaider, New Adventures of Gigantor), and Lupin III.

basically thats a lot of the good ones
