Yes. The dub is actualy quite goo d... but just dosn't cut the mustard against the original japanese audio track. But it's nice to hear that CN hasn't taken FLCL to the butcher shop ... i still won't watch it on tv though ... well then again i don't get CN ... but thats besides the point ...BigshotSpike wrote:Yeah, the editing is kept to a bare mimimum. My only gripe is the dub. I can't stand it. Maybe I'm just too used to the Japanese voices, which fit sooo much better with the characters. It may also be worth mentioning that FLCL has some of the best Japanese voice acting I've ever heard, so in relativity the dub actually fares pretty well among other dubbed animes, but it is still only average.
However, I'm glad that English voice actors pronounce all of the names correctly by adding in the "kun" suffixes and such. I rarely see that in dubs. Hopefully trends like this will continue for other shows in the future.
