Fooly Cooly...

It's a big shame that it's on Adult Swim now. Yes, we can see it, but mostly ignorant idiots have a hold of it, too. That's what cheeses me off. Anime being showed on Cartoon Network. But that's not the problem I have (at least on this topic).

It seems that Americans who see Anime that is at least 4 years after it's premiered, that they catch on. I mean, take Yu-Gi-Oh for example. It premiered in '96, but the card craze just got big in early 2000.

DBZ's been here since the late 80s, but it's getting big here ever since late 90s and early 2000.

Since FLCL hit, so many ignorant, single-minded, wannabe otaku's, who don't have that deep feeling for Anime, takes what they feel is 'cool', even they're late for years.

New EPS of Inuyasha? Wow! Damn, the series is still continuing in Japan and they have the right of saying "NEW EPS". All we have here is the newly dubbed episodes, but people treat them like they're fresh.

Anyways, what I am saying is that single-minded, wannabe Otaku's destroy the deep meaning to Anime. So, what was good is now turned bad because of the masses of bastards who think they know it....

And, as the infamous Colin Quinn says, "That's my story, and I'm sticking with it," I leave you all with me disgust...

I view the word Otaku as an Insult, as it rightly should be.... To be a wannabe otaku, it's like you're overjoyed at your nerdiness, to be a true otaku. Sure, I hate seeing it written as the bastardization "Fooley Cooley" not as Furi Kuri, but fuck it, I just don't give a flying rats ass anymore.
