Steel Angel Kurumi the Second is currently being released.
Crest of the Stars (first season) Banner of the Stars (second season).
Those Who Hunt Elves 2 is coming out soon.
Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu is a second FMP series currently being developed.
Galaxy Angel has gone through 3 different tv series.
Happy Lesson Advance is the second season of Happy Lesson.
Magic Knight Rayearth has a second season.
Mahoromatic has a second season. (Mahoromatic - Something More Beautiful)
Slayers has a few. (Next, Try)
Street Fighter 3 seasons. (Street Fighter II, Street Fighter II V)

Well i guess if you include the "stages" of initial d as seasons then theres 3 or 4.

Stage one - Episodes 1 - 26
Stage two - Episodes 1-13
Stage three - Hour + movie

Theres another stage, its either called battle stage or extra stage, or maybe both, dont remember

Nothing new to add, really, but for the question, Inuyasha is huge, Rurouni Kenshin has 3 seasons but the 3rd shouldn't be counted (against the anime) - the first 2 are good, and Yu Yu Hakusho has 112 episodes which can be broken into roughly 3 seasons or 4 depending on who you talk to.

And Dragonball (Z/GT/etc) is most certainly an anime considering how much it was played in Japan - if American's don't agree it doesn't really matter since they don't decide what is or is not 'anime' - the creators do. Bash it all you like, it's still anime by the Japanimation definition.
