Both the manga and anime series of DNAngel is licensed... and personally I'm happy I just wish they'd distribute it to my side of the world. Why would you want anime/manga to remain unlicensed? If it's licensed you get good quality dvds and you can make kickass amvs with high quality footage and it get more exposure so more people can enjoy one of your fav series.
